Girls' High Schools. Dean Welldon on Women's Vocation
Description of Speech Day. The guest speaker was Bishop Welldon, Dean of Manchester. He commented on education and opportunities for women. He mentioned several role models for girls including several saints. Prof Tout commented on the closure of North Manchester High School and the independence of Pendleton High School.
