Manchester High School Old Pupils' Association
An old girls' association has been set up.
On 25 September, a preliminary meeting was held in E. Day's house, about 30 people were present, rules were drawn up [details included] and a Committee of the following was elected:

The Mary Bradford Award will not be made because L Harrison, the top of the VI Form, is too young to receive it and E Lang to whom it was offered is not leaving school.
The Junior Library was opened in January. During the Easter term it had many readers but the number has fallen from 200 to 80.
The nature cabinet in the library is still being neglected.
