A Christmas soiree was held, VI and V formers and about 600 old girls were invited. Miss Day was too ill to attend. Music was performed by the following: Alice M [no surname given], Ruth Lamb, Ada Smith, Annie Roland, Hilda Hughes, G. Pritchard, N Gumpert, A Crompton.
A Christmas soiree was held for the rest of the school.
The foundation of the Old Pupils' Association has been "heartily welcomed" and has attracted a large membership. There is as yet no agenda for the first meeting.
An "infallible clock" which never shows the wrong time has been put up.
