Editorial
At one of the Citizenship Meetings of the Old Girls' Association, Olga Hertz, of the Guardians of the Poor of the Chorlton Union, read a paper about the children in her care. [See below and Magazine for July 1903].
"In clearing out the school safe recently, some old copies of a former series of Magazines were found. One copy belonged to very early days, June 1878, when our building was only talked of as an ideal. The Magazine cover is an odd pinkish tinge, adorned with a semi-classic design bearing the names of languages and mathematics. Miss Harrison appears on the committee." Some quotations from articles are given.
