Miss Salomanson appointed a music teacher because of the high fees changed by Miss Murray.
Miss Turnbull to teach harmony because Miss Taylor refused to do so.
Miss Day to interview Mrs Towers for the post of drawing teacher. Miss Kruse and Miss Moyan had also applied for the post. The advice of Mr Muckley would be sought and he would speak to Mr Evans.
An application from Mrs Kirlew that her daughter be appointed an under - teacher or articled pupil would be considered by Miss Day.
Estimates for furniture were submitted by Mr Ogden and Mr Shaw and the latter was asked to buy furniture for the school.
Mr Donner was authorised to pay Mr Simmons.
Miss Day was asked to make arrangements for school dinners.
Extracts of the annual report of the Manchester Association for the Promotion of the Education of Women to be used for publicity.
The school would open on Monday, 19 January at 9.00am.
