Explains the following:

Why the members of the sub - committee believe that one large school should be established rather than a number of smaller schools in different parts of Manchester 

Why the establishment of feeder schools for young children may be desirable in the future.

Describes 4 possible sites for the building of a new school and the reasons for their choice.
